- Continue whisking until the cream reaches full volume.
Using Electronic Cream Machines:
- Dissolve 60g of Pettina Cream Stabiliser in 90g of water.
- Add this mixture to 600g of fresh cream in the machine.
- Set the air setting to 1 and the refrigeration zone to green.
Note: Sugar is not necessary when using Pettina Cream Stabiliser.
