GiftTree NZ – A Business That Shares Its Profits

At GiftTree NZ, we don’t just sell products—we share our profits. Instead of keeping everything for ourselves, we give back to the people who support us.

This isn’t a lottery, a draw, or a contest. It’s simple: you shop, you qualify, and we refund your money.

Over $30,000 in Refunds in 2024

What Customers Said

"Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for this much-appreciated refund.
At first, I thought it was a scam, so it was a truly lovely surprise—especially as I was made redundant just before Christmas.
When I’m working again, GiftTree will be on my search list.
Kind regards,
Tanya"

How It Works

• Make a Purchase – Buy at least one product in 2025 to qualify, excluding first-time customers who need to make an additional purchase.
• Leave a Review – Love us or hate us and you still qualify.
• Leave Your Review Here
• Returning Customers – If you shopped with us before 2024, you need to make a new purchase in 2025.
• First-Time Customers – If 2025 is your first time buying, you must make one additional purchase within the same year.
• Receive Your Refund – At the end of 2025, we will refund a number of purchases depending on the company’s profits.

Not a Lottery, Just Real Business

This is not about luck. No winners, no gambling—just a real refund for real customers.

And we’ve already done it.

In 2024, we tested this quietly, refunding over $30,000 back to our customers.

"Why are you doing this?"

Because money doesn’t matter.
What matters is competing against Temu.

Why Are We Doing This?

Our mission is simple: to fight back against the flood of cheap, disposable products from Chinese apps.

We know we can’t compete with Temu on price, but we can do something they won’t—give money back to our customers.

As long as we keep growing, we will keep sharing.

And to prove we’re not just talking, we’ll be linking a video showing exactly how we refunded $30,000 so you can see it for yourself.

Contact Information

Due to a high volume of scam calls, we cannot respond to phone calls or voice messages. For assistance, please contact us by email through our Contact Us page.

• For order issues, please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
• For urgent questions or faulty products, please include clear photos and a short video where appropriate.

Shipping Information

• Orders typically take approximately 7–21 working days to arrive, including carefully packed plants. Orders near Christchurch may arrive sooner.
• Orders generally require approximately 2–3 working days for processing before dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier networks, rural delivery, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• If additional courier charges are required for an oversized, overweight, rural, or otherwise special delivery, we will advise you before proceeding where applicable.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

We are a small team of two based in Christchurch, manually processing and dispatching orders. Unlike large retailers with fully automated systems, some tracking updates require manual follow-up.

We do not normally investigate tracking enquiries during the first three weeks after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived after approximately 21 working days, please contact us with your order number and we can follow up where tracking information is available.

The longer delivery timeframe shown in our terms is an estimated allowance rather than the time every order takes to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner.

Delays can occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our control, including courier network delays, rural delivery, customs processing where applicable, or parcels being delayed in transit.

New Zealand Shipping

Please note: Certain rural deliveries may take additional time, so please allow up to approximately 21 working days.

If you have not received your order within approximately 21 working days, please contact us with your order number.

Australia Shipping

Rural or special delivery locations may require additional courier charges. Please contact us if you require more information.

If you have not received your order within approximately 21 working days, please contact us with your order number.

Worldwide Shipping

By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you accept the applicable shipping and delivery terms for your order.

Shipping times vary because orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on the destination.

Average international delivery is approximately 7–21 working days.

We cannot control customs processing, border delays, local delivery networks, or additional delivery time required in some international locations.
