How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes approximately 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery network. Orders near Christchurch may arrive sooner, while rural delivery, customs, courier delays, weather, or other external factors may increase delivery times. If your order has not arrived after approximately 21 working days, please contact us with your order number.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders generally require approximately 2–3 working days for processing before dispatch. Orders are not normally dispatched during weekends. Where a weekend falls within the processing period, dispatch may take place from the following working day.
