A slightly larger size will not affect the fit. In general, we recommend sizing up if you are unsure about which size to choose.

For children and those with a very slim physique, we recommend selecting size S.

A. Since it doesn’t have rubber, many users report that it stays in place very well.

If you find that it does move, please refer to the common causes and their solutions below.

1. There is a big disparity between the waist and hip circumferences.

There is frequent movement from sitting down and getting up or bending over.

→ Solution: Wear the belt above the hips and around the stomach.

2. The belt is worn over slippery material.

→ Solution: Wear it over cotton material and avoid layering clothing underneath.

A. It depends on the clothes you are wearing, its position, and how tightly it is fastened.

If wearing it at the waist, you may be able to just loosen it.

If it’s around the hips, you can loosen the adjustment straps and slide the belt up.

We recommend tightening the belt again afterwards to achieve the best fit.

During pregnancy: It can be used, but be sure not to wear it too tightly to avoid any pressure on the baby. Refrain from using it for muscle training.
