We Weren't Sure Whether to tell you This One

Back then, it looked like this:

No warehouse.
No big team.

GiftTree NZ started from a garage, growing from a small family-owned idea into a platform supporting hundreds of New Zealand small businesses.

We didn't know it would turn into this.

A STORY WE DON'T TELL OFTEN ENOUGH

Because behind every great product is someone who took a risk.
A small business owner.
A local maker.
A family trying to build something meaningful.

What Hasn't Changed Since Day One

Every Partner Is a Real NZ Business

Not a marketplace of anonymous sellers — small NZ businesses we've chosen to work with directly.

Range Grown, Not Diluted

Food, plants, babywear, gifts and toys — added because customers asked, not because it looked good on a spreadsheet.

Still Run the Same Way

Bigger range, same care that went into that very first order back in [2019]

Thank You For Being Part Of The Story

Helping Small NZ Businesses Compete

More Than Products — Real Stories

Welcome to GiftTree! 🎁 Why We’re Different

Unlike them, we can't compete solely on price because we prioritise your privacy. We don't sell your data, and we don’t get subsidies from the Chinese government for better shipping rates or use unethical labour practices. Instead, we've focused on organic growth, reinvesting our resources into employing Kiwis and supporting causes like feeding cats and donating to the SPCA and human charities.

Important Notice

All Gift Tree products are exclusively designed for our brand and available only through our official channels. We do not advertise on platforms like Facebook or Instagram. If you acquire products from a .com website claiming to sell similar items, it is likely a scam.

Our products are uniquely designed for us and have no connection to any advertisements or features you may have seen elsewhere. For genuine products, always acquire them directly from Gift Tree.
Shop local to save the locals (Save us)

As we promised, if you’re shopping online, please stay alert. If you’re unsure whether a website is a scam, contact us and let us know which product you’re looking for. We’ll help you.

Urgent Warning from Gift Tree NZ

Be aware of scam attacks! We actively advertise online and encounter scammers frequently. Be cautious, especially regarding deceptive websites advertising online promoting Christmas deals.

Identifying Legitimate Companies:

• Visible Facebook Reviews: Genuine companies have customer reviews on Facebook, while deceptive ones often hide them.
• Unrealistic Pricing: Extremely low prices can be a trap, where your personal data is the actual target.
• Shop Locally: Purchasing from local New Zealand or Australian companies provides more consumer protection.

Safety Tips:

• Stay Vigilant Against Scam Links: Like many e-commerce businesses, we're frequently targeted by scammers.
• Ignore False Claims & Forum Invites: Genuine feedback comes via reviews. Forums may have malware.
• Note: Our clean Facebook record reflects our integrity.
• Caution: Forum Discussion Invites May Contain Malware. Such links risk your device's security and personal data, including passwords and finances.
• Don’t Respond to Suspicious Emails or Messages: They might be scam attempts.
• Malware Risk in Unsolicited Links: Clicking on scam links can install malware on your device, compromising your security and privacy.
• Purchase Directly From GiftTree NZ: This ensures genuine products and safety from scams.
• Contact Us for Any Doubts: We're here to assist and provide correct information.
