• Orders typically take 7 to 21  working days to arrive, including carefully packed plants. Orders near Christchurch may arrive sooner.
• All deliveries will be made in accordance with our stated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your order within 7 to 21 working days, but delivery times are estimates only.

If additional charges are necessary for shipping, you will be informed upfront before proceeding with your order.

We do not provide tracking numbers as a standard practice, and this is clearly stated in our policies. However, if your order has not arrived within 21 working days, we may provide a tracking update upon request.
