This coffee pays tribute to the hard work, passion and commitment of Colombia's coffee growing women, who helped build the nation's dynamic coffee industry, one bean at a time. With our Women Coffee Growers programme, we have been working to socially and economically empower female coffee producers, so that through gender equality they can achieve a better future for their families, their communities and the Colombia countryside as a whole.

Our agenda seeks to raise awareness of the importance of approximately 163,000 coffee growing women, representing 30% of the coffee producers in Colombia.
