Perfect for Homes, Kitchens, Offices, Entertaining and Everyday Drink Preparation

The Zen Living 1.9L Icemaker - 12Kg/Day is a portable countertop appliance designed for New Zealand households wanting a convenient supply of fresh ice without relying on traditional freezer trays. Its compact design, transparent viewing window, simple controls and removable ice basket make producing and serving ice straightforward.

Description – Zen Living 1.9L Icemaker - 12Kg/Day

The Zen Living 1.9L Icemaker - 12Kg/Day provides convenient countertop ice production in a compact and portable format. Measuring W 240mm x D 330mm x H 360mm, it can be positioned on a suitable kitchen or entertainment-area countertop without requiring a permanently installed ice-making system.

Designed for fast operation, the machine produces nine pieces of bullet ice in approximately eight minutes per cycle. With a stated production capacity of up to 12kg per day under suitable operating conditions, it is practical for everyday refreshments, family use and occasions where a regular supply of ice is useful.

The unit features a plastic body with a black stainless steel finish, creating a modern appearance that works well with contemporary kitchen and bar environments. A large transparent window allows users to view the ice-making process and check the contents without repeatedly opening the appliance.

Operation is kept straightforward with an easy-to-use control panel and useful status indicators. An add-water or low-water indication lets users know when the reservoir needs attention, while an ice-full indicator helps identify when the removable basket is ready to be emptied.

An IR sensor detects when the ice bucket is full, adding convenience during operation. The removable ice basket makes finished ice easier to handle, while the included plastic ice scoop provides a simple way to transfer and serve ice without handling it directly.

The ice maker provides 0.7kg of ice storage. As the appliance makes ice rather than functioning as a freezer, completed ice should be transferred to a freezer when longer-term storage is required. Ice left inside the machine will gradually melt.

For the best ice quality and taste, cold filtered water is recommended. When preparing for larger gatherings, multiple batches can be made in advance and stored in a freezer. The appliance should not be operated in full sun, and only water should be used for ice production.

The unit operates at 220V and 50Hz, with a maximum rated power of 100W and current of 0.73A. It uses EPS insulation and R600a/26g coolant.

For delivery, two strong people must be onsite to receive the appliance and assist with lifting. After delivery, allow the appliance to settle for eight hours before turning it on.
