Description – TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 4800mm Roofing - Grey

The TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 4800mm Roofing - Grey provides a practical and reliable roofing solution for large outdoor applications. Designed with durable polycarbonate material and a modern grey finish, this roofing sheet offers a balance of strength, appearance and convenience.

With dimensions of W860mm x D4800mm and a thickness of 0.8mm, this corrugated roofing sheet provides extended coverage for larger structures. The long sheet profile helps reduce the number of panels needed for some installations, creating a cleaner appearance while making roofing projects more efficient.

The grey colour profile provides a modern and stylish finish that complements many outdoor designs. Compared with clear roofing options, the grey surface helps reduce glare and direct sunlight exposure while still allowing a comfortable amount of natural light through.

The corrugated design improves sheet rigidity while supporting effective water drainage. This makes it suitable for outdoor roofing applications including patios, pergolas, carports, garden shelters, walkways and covered entertainment areas where reliable protection is required.

Made from strong polycarbonate material, this roofing sheet provides durability while remaining lightweight. Compared with heavier roofing materials, polycarbonate sheets are easier to transport, handle and install, making them suitable for both DIY projects and professional applications.

The sheet is designed to cut out 99% of UV rays, helping provide additional protection for the space underneath the roofing. This makes it ideal for creating more comfortable outdoor areas by reducing direct sunlight exposure.

The grey finish is particularly suitable for outdoor living areas where shade and comfort are important. It helps create a more relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a bright and practical covered space.

Installation is simple due to the lightweight construction. The sheet can be cut and fitted according to different project requirements, allowing flexibility for renovations, replacements and new outdoor structures.

The roofing sheet provides a coverage width of 820mm with a recommended 40mm overlap. This allows multiple sheets to be installed together while maintaining proper coverage and alignment across larger roofing areas.

The extended 4800mm length provides additional benefits for large projects by reducing the need for multiple shorter sheets. This can help create a cleaner finish and simplify installation planning.

Please note that sheets may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality, durability or performance of the product and are related only to appearance.
