Description – TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 4800mm Roofing - Clear

The TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 4800mm Roofing - Clear is designed to provide a practical and reliable roofing solution for large outdoor applications. Combining durable polycarbonate construction with a clear profile, this roofing sheet helps create bright and comfortable covered spaces while providing protection from outdoor conditions.

With dimensions of W860mm x D4800mm and a thickness of 0.8mm, this corrugated roofing sheet provides extended coverage for larger roofing projects. The long sheet length helps reduce the number of panels required for some installations, making it a convenient choice for larger patios, pergolas, walkways and outdoor structures.

The clear colour profile allows natural sunlight to pass through, helping maintain a bright and open atmosphere underneath the roofing. This makes it ideal for areas where homeowners want weather protection without losing natural daylight.

The corrugated design provides additional rigidity while supporting effective water drainage. This makes the sheet suitable for a variety of outdoor applications including patios, pergolas, garden shelters, carports, covered entertainment areas and DIY roofing projects.

Made from lightweight polycarbonate material, this roofing sheet provides a strong yet easy-to-handle alternative to heavier roofing products. Its lightweight construction makes transportation, positioning and installation more convenient for both DIY users and professional installers.

The sheet is designed to cut out 99% of UV rays, helping provide additional protection for areas underneath the roofing. This makes it suitable for creating more comfortable outdoor spaces by reducing direct sunlight exposure while still allowing natural light through.

The clear finish is particularly useful for outdoor living areas where brightness is important. It allows sunlight to illuminate the space below, helping create a more open and welcoming environment for relaxing, entertaining and everyday use.

Installation is straightforward due to the lightweight design. The sheet can be cut and fitted according to project requirements, providing flexibility for different outdoor structures and renovation applications.

The roofing sheet provides a coverage width of 820mm with a recommended 40mm overlap. This allows multiple sheets to be installed together while maintaining proper alignment and coverage across larger roofing areas.

The extended 4800mm length provides additional benefits for large projects by reducing the number of joins required. This can help create a cleaner appearance while making installation planning more efficient.

Please note that sheets may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality, durability or performance of the product and are related only to appearance.
