Description – TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 3600mm Roofing - Grey

The TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 3600mm Roofing - Grey is designed to provide a reliable and versatile roofing solution for outdoor applications. Combining durable polycarbonate construction with a modern grey finish, this roofing sheet delivers a practical balance of strength, appearance and convenience.

With a size of W860mm x D3600mm and a thickness of 0.8mm, this corrugated polycarbonate sheet provides extended coverage for larger roofing projects. The longer sheet length helps reduce the number of joins required in some installations, creating a cleaner appearance and simplifying the overall roofing layout.

The grey colour profile offers a modern and stylish finish that works well with many outdoor designs. Compared with clear roofing options, the grey surface helps reduce glare and direct sunlight exposure while still allowing natural light to enter the covered area.

The corrugated design improves the sheet’s rigidity while supporting effective water drainage. This makes it suitable for outdoor structures including patios, pergolas, garden shelters, carports, covered walkways and entertainment areas where dependable roofing performance is required.

Constructed from lightweight polycarbonate material, this roofing sheet is easier to handle and install compared with heavier roofing alternatives. Its practical design makes it suitable for DIY projects, renovations and professional building applications.

The sheet is designed to cut out 99% of UV rays, helping provide additional protection for areas underneath the roofing. This makes it a suitable choice for creating more comfortable outdoor spaces where reducing direct sunlight exposure is important.

The extended 3600mm length provides additional flexibility for larger outdoor structures. It can help reduce installation time by covering longer sections with fewer sheets, making it an efficient option for bigger roofing areas.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the lightweight construction. The sheet can be cut and fitted according to different project requirements, allowing it to suit various outdoor designs and renovation needs.

The roofing sheet provides a coverage width of 760mm with a recommended 40mm overlap. This allows multiple sheets to be installed together while maintaining suitable coverage and alignment across larger roofing surfaces.

Please note that sheets may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality, durability or performance of the product and are related only to appearance.
