Description – TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 3000mm Roofing - Grey

The TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 3000mm Roofing - Grey is designed to provide a practical and long-lasting roofing option for a wide range of outdoor applications. Combining a durable polycarbonate construction with a modern grey finish, this roofing sheet offers a balance of strength, appearance and convenience.

With dimensions of W860mm x D3000mm and a thickness of 0.8mm, this corrugated roofing sheet provides extended coverage for larger outdoor structures. The longer profile helps reduce the number of sheets required for some projects, making it a convenient option for covering wider areas.

The grey colour profile provides a modern and stylish appearance while helping create a more comfortable shaded environment. Compared with clear roofing options, grey polycarbonate helps reduce glare and direct sunlight exposure while still allowing some natural light through.

The corrugated design provides additional rigidity and helps support efficient water runoff. This makes the sheet suitable for outdoor roofing applications such as patios, pergolas, garden shelters, outdoor entertainment areas, walkways and sheds.

Made from lightweight polycarbonate material, this roofing sheet is easy to handle, transport and install. Its practical weight makes it suitable for DIY projects as well as professional installations where efficient fitting is important.

The sheet is designed to cut out 99% of UV rays, helping provide added protection for areas underneath the roofing. This makes it ideal for creating more comfortable outdoor spaces where reducing sunlight exposure is required.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the lightweight construction. The sheet can be cut and fitted according to different project requirements, allowing flexibility for renovations, replacements and new outdoor structures.

The roofing sheet provides a coverage width of 820mm with a recommended 40mm overlap. This allows multiple sheets to be installed together while maintaining proper coverage and alignment across larger roofing areas.

The extended 3000mm length makes this product suitable for projects requiring longer roofing coverage. It can help create cleaner roof layouts while reducing the number of joins needed during installation.

Please note that sheets may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality, durability or performance of the product and are related only to appearance.
