Description – TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 2400mm Roofing - Clear

The TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 2400mm Roofing - Clear provides a practical roofing solution for a wide range of outdoor applications. Designed to combine durability, convenience and natural lighting, this polycarbonate sheet is suitable for creating comfortable covered areas around homes and properties.

With dimensions of W860mm x D2400mm and a thickness of 0.8mm, this corrugated roofing sheet provides extended coverage for larger outdoor projects. The clear colour profile allows sunlight to enter while still offering overhead protection, making it ideal for areas where maintaining brightness is important.

The corrugated polycarbonate design helps improve sheet strength while supporting effective water runoff. This makes it suitable for roofing applications such as patios, pergolas, outdoor entertainment areas, garden shelters and other structures requiring reliable weather protection.

Made from durable polycarbonate material, this roofing sheet provides excellent strength while remaining lightweight. Compared with heavier roofing options, polycarbonate is easier to transport, handle and install, making it a practical choice for both DIY projects and professional construction work.

One of the key benefits of this clear polycarbonate roofing is its ability to cut out 99% of UV rays. This helps provide additional protection for the area underneath the roof, making outdoor spaces more comfortable while still allowing natural daylight through.

The clear finish is ideal for homeowners who want to create covered outdoor areas without making the space feel dark or enclosed. It works well for patios, pergolas and garden structures where natural light is an important design feature.

Installation is designed to be simple and convenient. The lightweight sheet can be cut and fitted according to project requirements, allowing flexibility for different outdoor structures. This makes it suitable for renovations, replacements and new builds.

The sheet provides a coverage width of 820mm with a recommended 40mm overlap. This allows multiple sheets to be installed together while maintaining suitable coverage and alignment across larger roofing areas.

Please note that sheets may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality, durability or performance of the product and are related only to appearance.
