The TDX Corrugate Polycarbonate 860 x 1800mm Roofing - Grey is designed to provide a practical and long-lasting roofing option for a variety of outdoor applications. Whether you are building a new outdoor shelter, upgrading an existing structure or completing a DIY renovation project, this polycarbonate sheet offers a convenient combination of strength, lightweight design and easy installation.

Featuring a size of W860mm x D1800mm and a thickness of 0.8mm, this corrugated roofing sheet is suitable for many residential outdoor projects. The grey colour profile creates a modern and subtle finish, making it a suitable choice for patios, pergolas, garden shelters, sheds, carports and other outdoor areas.

The corrugated polycarbonate design provides additional rigidity while helping water flow efficiently away from the surface. This makes the sheet suitable for outdoor roofing applications where reliable performance and practical drainage are important.

Polycarbonate is known for being a strong yet lightweight material. Compared with heavier roofing options, this sheet is easier to transport, handle and install. This makes it suitable for both DIY homeowners and professional installers looking for a convenient roofing material.

The sheet is designed to cut out 99% of UV rays, helping provide added protection for areas underneath the roofing. This makes it a practical choice for creating more comfortable outdoor spaces where you want to reduce direct sunlight exposure while still maintaining an open outdoor feel.

The grey finish helps reduce glare and provides a more shaded appearance compared with clear roofing options. It works well for outdoor areas where you want a balance between natural light and improved comfort, such as entertaining areas, garden shelters and covered walkways.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the lightweight construction. The material can be cut and fitted to suit different project requirements, allowing flexibility when creating custom outdoor structures. Its manageable size makes it easier to work with during renovations and DIY upgrades.

The roofing sheet provides a coverage width of 820mm with a recommended 40mm overlap. This allows multiple sheets to be installed together while maintaining suitable coverage for larger roofing areas.

Please note that sheets may contain minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality, durability or performance of the product and are related only to appearance.
