Description – Rebel Bakehouse Gluten Free Soft White Wraps 4pk

Rebel Bakehouse Gluten Free Soft White Wraps 4pk are ready-to-use gluten free wraps made from a tortilla premix including modified starches (1412, 1442), glutinous rice flour, soy protein isolate, baking powder (raising agents 501, 450), anticaking agents (170, 551, 470), maize starch, potato starch, thickeners (412, 464, 415), sugar, psyllium husk fibre, cultured dextrose, acidity regulators (297, 330), preservative (282), water, vegetable fat, humectant (422), and white vinegar.

This formulation is designed to replicate the softness and flexibility of traditional wheat-based wraps while remaining completely gluten free. Psyllium husk fibre plays a key role in improving elasticity and structure, allowing the wraps to roll and fold without breaking.

Certified gluten free by Coeliac New Zealand with the cross-grain logo, these wraps meet strict safety standards for gluten free consumption. They are also vegan friendly, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary needs.

The flavour profile is mild and neutral, designed to complement a wide range of savoury and light fillings. Despite being gluten free, they maintain a soft texture suitable for everyday use.

Nutritionally, each serving provides approximately 309kJ of energy, 2.3g of protein, and 13.2g of carbohydrates, making them a lighter option for controlled dietary intake.
