Pavillion Gluten & Dairy Free Mixed Savouries combine two classic favourites—mince savouries and sausage rolls—crafted in a gluten free, dairy free-friendly pastry system. With a flaky texture and seasoned beef fillings, this pack is designed for customers who need dietary-friendly options without losing the comfort-food experience of traditional bakery snacks. Ideal for ovens or air fryers, they work well for family snacks, lunchboxes, or entertaining guests with dietary requirements.

Description – Pavillion Gluten & Dairy Free Mixed Savouries 10 x 49g

This mixed savoury pack contains 10 individually portioned pieces, split between 6 mince savouries and 4 sausage rolls. Each item is built around a gluten free pastry blend made from rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, modified starches, and soy flour, combined with margarine, egg, and emulsifiers to achieve structure and flake.

The fillings are beef-based and seasoned with onion, garlic, herbs, spices, and savoury flavour enhancers. The mince savoury filling includes textured soy protein for added bite and protein balance, while the sausage roll filling combines beef with gluten free breadcrumbs and seasoning for a more traditional texture profile.

Designed for frozen storage and easy preparation, these savouries provide a practical solution for dietary-restricted consumers who still want classic bakery-style snacks.

Why You Choose This

Combined with seasoned beef fillings and easy frozen preparation, it is a dependable option for everyday snacking, entertaining, or quick meals that fit dietary requirements.
