Pams Egg Lasagne Sheets 400g are ideal for New Zealand households looking for a simple, reliable pasta base for homemade lasagne. Made with egg-enriched durum wheat pasta, these sheets are designed for easy layering and baking with your favourite sauces and fillings.

Perfect for classic beef lasagne, vegetable lasagne, or creamy chicken bakes, these pasta sheets help create hearty, oven-baked meals for the whole family.

Description – Pams Egg Lasagne Sheets 400g

Pams Egg Lasagne Sheets are made from a blend of durum wheat semolina, wheat flour, water, egg, and salt. The inclusion of egg (8%) gives the pasta a richer texture and improved structure when baked, making it ideal for layered dishes.

These sheets are pre-formed and ready to use, eliminating the need for pre-cooking in most recipes. They soften during baking as they absorb moisture from sauces, resulting in a tender and cohesive lasagne structure.

The pasta has a firm, slightly textured surface that helps sauces adhere evenly between layers. This ensures consistent flavour distribution throughout the dish.

With a mild wheat flavour and smooth texture, these lasagne sheets act as a neutral base that pairs well with a wide range of fillings, including meat sauces, cheese blends, and vegetable mixtures.

They are particularly suited for traditional Italian-style lasagne, but also work well in modern variations such as creamy white sauce bakes, spinach and ricotta lasagne, or gluten-inclusive family recipes.

The product is designed for convenience, making it easier for home cooks to prepare layered oven meals without the need for fresh pasta preparation.

Each pack provides multiple servings, making it suitable for family meals or batch cooking.
