Description – Pams Agria Straight Cut Fries 850g

Pams Agria Straight Cut Fries 850g are made using 95% premium Agria potatoes, a variety known for its rich potato flavour, light fluffy interior, and excellent frying performance. These potatoes are carefully cut into straight chips and snap frozen to preserve freshness, structure, and natural taste.

The Agria potato variety is valued for its superior texture, producing fries that remain fluffy inside while developing a crisp golden exterior when cooked. This makes them a step above standard potato varieties in both flavour and mouthfeel.

A light coating of canola oil supports even browning and crisping during cooking, helping the fries achieve a consistent golden finish whether prepared in the oven, air fryer, or deep fryer. Mineral salt (450) is added in small amounts to maintain stability and enhance cooking consistency.

The straight cut shape ensures even heat distribution, allowing the fries to cook uniformly and develop a balanced texture. This makes them a reliable option for households wanting predictable results with minimal effort.

Snap freezing locks in the natural qualities of the Agria potatoes immediately after preparation, preserving flavour, moisture balance, and structural integrity. This ensures the fries perform consistently straight from freezer to cooking appliance.

Once cooked, the fries deliver a classic combination of crispy edges and a soft, fluffy interior, making them ideal for pairing with sauces, seasonings, or main dishes.
