Description – Pams Agria Crinkle Cut Fries 850g

Pams Agria Crinkle Cut Fries 850g are made using 95% high-quality Agria potatoes, a variety known for its rich flavour, fluffy interior, and excellent frying performance. These potatoes are cut into crinkle shapes to maximise surface area, allowing for enhanced crispiness and better texture contrast once cooked.

The crinkle design is a key feature, creating ridges that crisp up beautifully in the oven, air fryer, or deep fryer. This results in a golden exterior with a soft, fluffy centre, delivering a balanced eating experience with every bite.

A light coating of canola oil ensures even browning and supports crisp texture development during cooking. Mineral salt (450) is included to maintain product stability and enhance consistency across batches, while the natural properties of Agria potatoes contribute to a richer, more satisfying flavour compared to standard varieties.

The fries are snap frozen immediately after preparation, locking in freshness, flavour, and structural integrity. This ensures they cook evenly from frozen and maintain consistent quality regardless of storage time.

Once cooked, the Agria crinkle cut fries deliver a distinctive combination of crunch and softness. The ridged surface enhances crispiness while also holding seasoning and dips more effectively, making them especially enjoyable with sauces such as ketchup, aioli, gravy, or cheese-based dips.
