Description – Diamond Concealed Basin Mixer - Brushed Gunmetal

The Klässich Diamond Concealed Basin Mixer - Brushed Gunmetal is designed to provide a refined and modern alternative to traditional basin mixers. By using a concealed wall-mounted installation style, this tapware creates a clean and uncluttered basin area while adding a premium architectural feature to contemporary bathrooms.

Modern bathroom design increasingly focuses on simplicity, open space and carefully selected statement fixtures. Concealed basin mixers are popular because they reduce visible hardware around the basin, creating a streamlined appearance that allows other bathroom features such as countertops, basins and wall finishes to stand out.

The Diamond Concealed Basin Mixer combines this minimalist approach with a premium brushed gunmetal finish, creating a sophisticated fixture suitable for luxury-inspired bathrooms, renovations and new residential projects.

The mixer features a durable brass body, providing excellent strength, stability and long-term reliability. Brass is widely used in quality plumbing fixtures because of its ability to perform effectively in environments exposed to regular moisture and water use.

The brass construction is designed to meet important New Zealand requirements for drinking water applications. The Klässich Diamond Concealed Basin Mixer complies with the updated requirements of the New Zealand Building Code Clause G12 and Acceptable Solution G12/AS1 Amendment 14.

This tapware features lead-free compliance with a maximum weighted average lead content of ≤0.25%, meeting the permitted requirements under NZ regulations for drinking water products. It is also compliant with NSF/ANSI/CAN 372:2020 standards, providing confidence for residential installations.

The brass construction is also tested for Dezincification Resistance (DZR) according to AS 2345:2006. This helps protect against corrosion in drinking water systems and supports reliable long-term performance within residential plumbing applications.

The brushed gunmetal finish provides a premium and distinctive appearance that adds warmth and sophistication to modern bathrooms. Its deep metallic tone creates a luxury-inspired alternative to traditional chrome finishes while maintaining a timeless style.

Brushed gunmetal tapware has become increasingly popular in contemporary interiors because it creates a refined designer look. It pairs beautifully with natural stone, marble surfaces, timber elements, concrete textures and neutral bathroom colour schemes.

The Diamond series design focuses on elegant simplicity and clean architectural styling. The concealed installation allows the basin area to maintain a minimal appearance, creating a more spacious and organised bathroom environment.

Unlike traditional deck-mounted basin mixers, concealed designs help reduce visual clutter around the basin. This creates a sleek wall-mounted appearance that works especially well with countertop basins and modern vanity designs.

The mixer is equipped with a 35mm flat leg cartridge, providing smooth and reliable control of water flow and temperature. A quality cartridge is essential for consistent performance, allowing users to adjust water settings comfortably during everyday use.

The cartridge system supports dependable operation while maintaining a clean and modern design. It is suitable for regular residential bathroom use where reliability and convenience are important.

The normal aerator design provides standard water flow performance without additional flow restriction. Combined with the 5-star water rating and 5L/min flow rate, the mixer provides efficient water usage while maintaining comfortable everyday basin operation.

Water-efficient fixtures are increasingly important for modern homes. The Diamond Concealed Basin Mixer helps support responsible water consumption while delivering the performance expected from premium bathroom tapware.

Designed for all-pressure systems, this basin mixer provides installation flexibility across suitable New Zealand residential plumbing applications. It is suitable for a variety of bathroom projects, including renovations, new builds and premium home upgrades.

The mixer is designed for working pressures between 0.1MPa and 0.3MPa, supporting reliable performance across suitable household plumbing systems.

The operating temperature range of 5–65°C makes this concealed basin mixer suitable for standard residential hot and cold water applications. It provides dependable performance for everyday activities such as hand washing and general basin use.

For homeowners completing a bathroom renovation, upgrading to a concealed basin mixer can significantly improve the appearance of the space. The brushed gunmetal finish adds a premium design feature while the wall-mounted style creates a clean and modern basin area.

The concealed installation is particularly suitable for bathrooms featuring floating vanities, stone countertops and contemporary basin designs. It allows the surrounding surfaces to remain visually uncluttered.

For builders and renovation professionals, selecting compliant and durable tapware is essential for delivering quality bathroom projects. The combination of lead-free brass construction, DZR resistance and concealed styling makes this mixer a practical premium option.

The brushed gunmetal finish coordinates easily with matching bathroom accessories, shower fixtures and other metallic elements. This allows homeowners to create a consistent and sophisticated bathroom theme.

Maintenance is simple with regular care. Cleaning the brushed gunmetal surface with a soft cloth helps preserve the finish and maintain its premium appearance.

Avoiding abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals helps protect the surface coating and ensures the mixer continues to look stylish over time.

The Klässich Diamond Concealed Basin Mixer - Brushed Gunmetal combines modern architecture, premium materials and efficient performance in one stylish bathroom fixture. It is designed for customers who want a refined basin solution that enhances both function and appearance.
