Description – Delmaine Tomato & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce 325g

Delmaine Tomato & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce 325g is a locally made Italian-style cooking sauce crafted from sun-ripened tomatoes and infused with roasted garlic and herbs. It is designed to deliver a smooth, balanced flavour profile that enhances a wide variety of pasta and cooked dishes.

The base of the sauce is made from tomatoes (87%), including tomato paste, juice, and concentrate, creating a rich and naturally sweet tomato foundation. Roasted garlic puree (5%) adds depth and warmth, while onion, herbs, and spices provide aromatic complexity. Rapeseed oil and vinegar contribute balance and smoothness to the overall flavour.

The sauce is carefully seasoned with basil, oregano, parsley, black pepper, and a touch of sugar to round out acidity, resulting in a mellow yet flavourful profile. It is designed to complement filled pastas such as tortellini or ravioli, where it enhances without overwhelming the filling.

This sauce is also suitable for slow cooking and long-simmer dishes, where its flavour deepens over time. It can be used as a base for casseroles, baked pasta dishes, or even as a pizza sauce alternative.

Each 325g jar provides approximately four servings, making it ideal for small family meals or couple-sized portions. It is ready to heat and serve, offering convenience without sacrificing flavour quality.
