1. Preparation time:

As we have a large number of orders every day, and most of our products are made to order,usually we need about 5-7 days to prepare your order.

2. Estimated delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays):

(1) About 15 to 60 working days: Free Shipping Way

(2) About 3 to 10working days:DHL / UPS /FEDEX

Delivery time is estimated and cannot be guaranteed 100%. (Most packages will be delivered to customers in advance)

3.Similarity

As an honest seller, we guarantee the dress will be 90%- 99% same as original picture showing. If you want 100% exactly same, please forgive. No two exactly same l eaves in the world. We can not guarantee, so please do  not place the order if you still insist 100% similarity. Thanks for your understand.

4.Extra Charge

Generally, for the size of 24W 26W 28W or larger, we will charge a large size fee of USD 30 dollars, because the cost of materials and freight required for customizing such products will be higher. We will send a message to you as soon as we receive your order.

5.Cancel order before shipping

Because most of our products are custom made,if you want to cancel the order: We accept full refund within 24 hours after you placing the order; there is just 30% partial refund after you place the order more than 24 hours(the 30% is the cost of our material).

In most cases, the problem is caused by misunderstanding, which can be eliminated through sincere communication.
