Description – Birds Eye Golden Crunch Chunky Cut Chips 750g

Birds Eye Golden Crunch Chunky Cut Chips 750g are made using 90% potatoes, coated with a seasoned flour and starch blend before being snap frozen to preserve quality, texture, and flavour. The coating system is designed to deliver an extra crispy finish when cooked in the oven or air fryer.

The chunky cut shape creates a thick fry with a soft interior and a crisp outer layer. This provides a more substantial eating experience compared to thinner fries, making them ideal for meals where a heartier side dish is preferred.

The coating includes wheat flour, rice flour, corn starch, guar gum, and natural colours such as carotene and turmeric. These ingredients help achieve a golden appearance and crunchy texture while maintaining a soft potato core.

Canola oil is used to support even browning during cooking, while acidity regulators and raising agents help ensure consistent texture and cooking performance. Dextrose contributes to golden colour development during baking.

These chips are designed to be cooked before consumption and perform well in both ovens and air fryers. The result is a crunchy exterior with a fluffy, tender interior that holds up well to sauces and dips.

With no artificial flavours or added preservatives, this product focuses on delivering a clean ingredient profile while maintaining strong flavour and texture performance.
