Description – Baker Boys Citrus Fudge Slice 330g

Baker Boys Citrus Fudge Slice 330g is a layered dessert-style slice featuring a citrus-flavoured base with white compound chocolate topping and fruit inclusions such as dried apricot and lemon pieces. It is designed to deliver a sweet yet slightly tart flavour profile with a soft, fudge-like texture.

The base is made using wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, milk, raising agents, salt, emulsifiers, acidity regulators, flavouring, preservatives, and antioxidants. This creates a soft baked structure that supports the citrus elements and provides a stable foundation for the topping and fruit inclusions.

The citrus component is delivered through lemon pieces (2.5%) and dried apricot (5%), both contributing fruit sweetness and tartness. The lemon pieces provide a sharper citrus note, while apricot adds a softer, sweeter fruit profile that balances the overall flavour.

The white compound chocolate topping is made using sugar, vegetable oil, milk solids, emulsifier, and flavouring. This layer adds creamy sweetness and smooth texture, helping to soften the citrus tartness and create a more rounded dessert profile.

The texture of Baker Boys Citrus Fudge Slice is layered and varied. The base is soft and slightly dense, the citrus inclusions add chewy and juicy bursts, and the white chocolate topping provides a smooth, creamy finish.

From a flavour perspective, the slice combines sweet white chocolate richness with tangy citrus notes and fruity apricot sweetness. The result is a balanced dessert profile that is lighter and more refreshing than heavier chocolate or caramel-based slices.

The 330g pack format is designed for convenience and sharing. It is pre-portioned for easy serving, making it suitable for households, workplaces, and social occasions where a ready-to-eat dessert slice is needed.

Overall, this product delivers a citrus-forward fudge-style slice with layered fruit and white chocolate elements in a soft bakery format.
