Made from all-natural ingredients, this spray has magical healing powers to help speed up the healing time for vaginal birth and c-section incisions.

Hypericum and Calendula are the mother tinctures of Viva La Vulva. Both are derived from plants (St John’s Wort & Marigold) that have been around for centuries and have been used for natural and herbal medicinal purposes.

Viva La Vulva healing spray helps soothe and heal tears, episiotomy stitches, helps with swelling, supports the formation of healthy skin tissue, and promotes skin repair. Can be used for both vaginal & c-section births.

Hot tips for Mum:

*Please note* Before using Viva La Vulva healing spray on your C-Section incision, it is recommended to talk to your LMC first to discuss your specific needs and when would be best to start. It is usually recommended to wait about a week or two after delivery and once the bandage has come off. But using the healing spray can help diminish healing time and is an ideal remedy for any cuts, tears, and scars.

The Good Witch Hazel

Witch hazel is a magical potion, used for centuries, as it heals and soothes when it feels like everything is on fire down there. It is known for its ability to reduce inflammation of sensitive skin. Not only that, but it can also help prevent infection, ease pain, stop minor bleeding, alleviate itching, soothe tears after childbirth and help to relieve haemorrhoids.

You can use the Witch Hazel directly on your c-section incision*, as it’s ideal for any cuts, tears, and scars and helps diminish scar healing time, and can help alleviate itching as the scar dries. It is also soothing for vaginal swelling, and tenderness that tends to happen after birth, even with a c-section.

Ingredients:

Witch Hazel (Hamamelis) and nothing else!

How to use:

Use me with your Viva La Vulva Peri Bottle, fill with boiled then cooled water. Add 3-5 drops of Witch Hazel and give the bottle a shake. This method is very useful for rinsing after peeing as toilet paper can cause lots of discomfort due to tears, inflammation, or stitches.

Hot tips for Mum:

Use me as a refreshing facial toner, perfect after those sleepless nights!

*Please note* Before using Viva La Vulva witch hazel on your C-Section incision, it is recommended to talk to your LMC first to discuss your specific needs and when would be best to start. It is usually recommended to wait about a week or two after delivery and once the bandage has come off.

Peri Wash Bottle

For the first couple weeks after your birth, toilet paper can feel like sandpaper!. Your vagina and perineum are working double-time to repair themselves. Give them a little extra help by using the easy and portable postpartum cleansing peri wash bottle.

A pump bottle really doesn’t work the same – trust me. The portable peri wash bottle is made to be held upside down, includes a narrow angled neck for a comfortable continuous stream of relief that really hits the spot. The perfect item to use in your postpartum healing journey.

For Vaginal birth:

Sometimes wiping just isn’t an option and it stings to pee. Your peri wash bottle helps dilute your urine to prevent stinging and infection. We know it looks weird, but honestly, it will be one of your go-to-best-things-ever to take care of down there after baby is born.

For C-Section:

C-section mamas, it may be painful, difficult to bend over, or to reach to wipe because of the incision, so this peri wash bottle will make things easier for you with its angled neck to spray water on.

Healing Bath Soak

Our bath soak is handmade with natural healing ingredients, this soak will help aid in the healing process, not just for your body but your soul too!

*Please note* With a C-section birth, you will need to avoid a tub bath until the incision is sufficiently healed - around 6 weeks. Tub water can carry bacteria that could lead to an infection of the incision. After you’ve healed have a nice soak and relax you deserve it, mama!
